I repeatedly asked what the fees involved would be since they would decrease the amount I receive. Never could get an answer. When the sale was complete, I received about 1% less than I had adamantly told the agent I needed, mostly because of the fees involved. If I had been given answers to my questions, I would have negotiated 1% more and would have been satisfied with the sale. As it is, I am not satisfied with the sale Nor with Long Realty.
